this online site, known as www.bigmuz.com, also known as www.thebigmuslincompany.co.uk
(Run by The Big Muslin Company. But known as BigMuz from herin).

All orders are made subject to acceptance
by you of the site's terms and conditions.
No amendments to these terms and
conditions will be accepted by BigMuz. By entering this site
you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of use of this
site. All materials on this site are copyright BigMuz (and there
respective owners) and may only be used, downloaded, copied,
reproduced, republished, posted, broadcast, transmitted or linked
only for your personal and non-commercial use. Use can be made
only with BigMuz's prior written consent. This can be obtained

of this site does not infer any licence to use the name or trademarks
of BigMuz or any third party. You are allowed to enter this
site in exchange for your agreeing not to adapt, alter or create
any derivative work form any of the material on this site. The
site may be used only for lawful purposes and your use must
not infringe the rights of, or restrict or otherwise inhibit
the use or enjoyment of this site by any third party. You agree
to notify BigMuz forthwith of any such use if this site of which
you become aware. BigMuz will not be liable for any damages
whatsoever, whether direct or consequential, arising from your
use of the site. Further BigMuz does not warrant that the site
or any function or material within that will be fault or error
free.
Your Order Fulfilment of orders
are subject to stock availability and acceptance of your order.
BigMuz is under no obligation to fulfil your order by virtue
of acceptance of your order request or your debit or credit
card details, but will in such circumstances give a full refund.
In purchasing our products, you agree to ensure you follow all
guidance and safety notices issued with their use. In particular,
when using BigMuz be aware of the warmth of the room. Always
check with your room temperature control. Keep a check of baby's
temperature by touching their neck or chest. Never cover the
baby's head. Only wrap your baby when putting them down for
a sleep. When they are awake, allow them to move freely, exercising
their muscles.
Privacy As an online store the security
and privacy of your information and personal details are top
priority to us. You can browse our site without disclosing your
personal information. Please note that Bigmuz will never make
your personal information available to third parties. If for

Prices and Payment Prices quoted
are in pounds sterling, and where appropriate are inclusive
of UK sales tax (VAT). Prices quoted also include postage and
packaging. This applies to UK delivery address only. Additional
charges may apply outside of this. Notification of this will
be given before charging. BigMuz reserves the right to change
prices prior to acceptance of orders. Payment maybe made using
most major credit and debit cards. BigMuz reserve the right
to refuse any card tendered for payment in its absolute discretion.
Every reasonable effort will be
made to keep payment details secure. Payments are made using
the secure PayPal system.
Faults If your goods develop a fault
within 28 days of purchase we will exchange it for an equivalent
product if available, or refund your money in full. Goods cannot
be exchanged for alternatives. Replacements will only be made
on a like for like basis subject to availability. Our faults
policy does not apply to goods which are faulty due to accident,
neglect or misuse. You should always keep your receipt or purchase
and/or delivery note.
Returns Goods other than faulty
goods maybe returned within 14 days of the delivery date so
long as they are returned in their original packaging and the
packaging is in new condition. Goods not complying with this
condition may not be returned. Sorry, but we are unable to refund
P&P or returns postage and packaging. Please obtain a Proof
of Posting certificate from your post office when returning
goods, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on
return to us.
These terms and conditions are subject
to English Law and both you and BigMuz hereby agree to submit
to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. None of these terms
and conditions affect your statutory rights.
